By next year, the world's largest logistics and transportation company will have more than 2,000 Ford E-Transit electric vans on the road. Ford Pro and Deutsche Post DHL Group made a big deal that will make the logistics and transportation company more assertive regarding electric vans.
In addition to delivering many Ford E-Transit electric vans, the agreement includes many Ford Pro service solutions ideal for managing an electric fleet. For example, some markets will have access to Ford Pro E-Telematics, which can help fleet managers keep track of the cars in their fleet, where they are, how well they are running, and what their general condition is by giving them live updates.
