Ford had a great start to 2023 when it was announced that two of its models were among the top three best-selling cars of 2022. The Ford Transit Custom was Denmark's best-selling minivan in 2022. The Ford Kuga is right behind it in an excellent second place.
Ford is the market leader in vans for the ninth year. The Ford Transit Custom van beat the passenger cars. In 2022, the Ford Transit Custom was the best-selling car in Denmark across all segments, selling 4,271 units.
The Ford Kuga, which has sold a whopping 4,080 units, is in the same top three of the most popular cars on the market. This means that Ford is once again the most popular car brand this year.
The Ford Kuga is not only in a strong second place in the market. At the same time, the Ford Kuga is Denmark's most popular plug-in hybrid car. Here, the Ford Kuga is in the first place, with a whopping 3,356 units sold as a pure plug-in hybrid. The Toyota Prius is in second place with a whopping 2,191 units (2nd place on 1,165 units sold).
