Since October 1st, Alexander Eisl has been leading IT at Skoda Auto. He takes over for Klaus Blüm, who has worked in his new role at the Volkswagen Group since the beginning of September. Former Senior Vice President of Information Systems at MAN Truck & Bus SE, Alexander Eisl, has spent his career in the IT industry.
Professionally, Alexander Eisl started in Siemens' program and systems engineering department before overseeing the company's corporate applications, infrastructure, and security services. Then he went to work for PwC, where he constructed data-and-analytics-related platforms. Since 2016, Eisl has served in various administrative roles within the Volkswagen Group. Formerly of MAN Truck & Bus SE, where he served as Senior Vice President of Information, he is now with Skoda Auto. In this role, he was responsible for establishing MAN Digital Services and introducing agile software development practices in the Munich and Lisbon offices. In addition, he oversaw the IT framework for the marketing and sales teams across the country.
