Kia has introduced its AI Voice Assistant, a generative AI-powered system designed to improve vehicle connectivity and the driving experience. The assistant first launched in South Korea and the United States in 2024. In March 2025, it became available in Europe, starting with the Kia EV3 model.

The assistant processes detailed queries and gives accurate, relevant replies.

Availability and Future Expansion

As of March 2025, the AI Assistant is standard in European Kia EV3 models.

It will roll out to other models with the ccNC system. Older models will receive the assistant via OTA updates.
