A city in Brazil is famous for its one-of-a-kind, unusual situation. Noiva Do Cordeiro is unquestionably a woman's domain, with around 600 women between the ages of 20 and 35 residing there.
Women are in authority of this village in southern Brazil, and strict laws restrict men's presence on their property. Therefore, women who are married and have children above the age of 18 should be sent as far away from home as feasible, with just weekends off.
"With the women in control, our city is more beautiful, more orderly, and more harmonic," one of the ladies, Rosalee Fernandes, told the Daily Mail.
"We share everything, even the land on which we labor." Nobody is competing with anybody else. "We get together to watch soap operas, borrow clothing, and paint our nails," she said.
However, the lack of a lifemate persists, but this does not concern the women.
It is tough to find a single man who is not related or married to a neighbor. "We all fantasized of falling in love and marrying. But we like living here and do not want to leave the city to find a partner," stated another lady from such areas.
Men must agree to do what the ladies say and live by the regulations to join Noiva Do Cordeiro: "They have to agree to do what we say and live by our rules," one of the residents stated.
