Jeep has released the first official digital photographs of the emission-free Wagoneer S model. In 2024, Jeep will release the Jeep Wagoneer S as an electric SUV in the United States. Nonetheless, the Jeep Wagoneer S will be available in Europe.
A short time ago, the Jeep automaker revealed its plans for electrification. These include the launch of 4 new electric SUVs by 2025.
The first is the Jeep Avenger, a compact electric SUV developed especially for the European public. It is the first zero-emission Jeep and will be produced in Poland. The debut is scheduled for October 17, during the Paris Motor Show.
The second model included in this plan is the Jeep Wagoneer S electric SUV. We can currently admire it in a series of digital images, with the actual presentation planned for 2023.
As you can see, the future Jeep Wagoneer S relies on a design that, in places, makes you think of the Range Rover models. There are oversized rims, slim headlights, and taillights joined by an LED strip.
The objective is for the electric propulsion system to develop around 608 hp, enough to reach 100 km/h in approximately 3.6 seconds. The Jeep Wagoneer S electric SUV will have all-wheel drive, which means the presence of two electric motors. Jeep expects around 400 miles on a single charge in terms of range.
So, the new Jeep Wagoneer S electric SUV will be presented next year, and the launch in the US market is scheduled for 2024.
Still, until then I want to see a Jeep Magneto on the roads!
