Stellantis, the parent company of Citroen, has hired Indomobil Group to manage Citroen's business in Indonesia. Citroen automobiles will be introduced to the Indonesian market in 2023, and the cooperation agreement names Indomobil as the only brand distributor in the country.
According to the terms of the collaboration agreement, Indomobil Group's subsidiary PT Indomobil Wahana Trada would be responsible for distributing and selling Citroen vehicles in Indonesia.
To announce the arrival of the Citroen brand in Indonesia, Stellantis hosted a ceremony in the heart of Jakarta, which was attended by Andrew Nasuri, Director of Indomobil Group, Vincent Cobée, CEO of Citroen, and Carl Smiley, Stellantis' Chief Operating Officer for the India and Asia Pacific region.
