Fiat's iconic Panda gets a modern makeover with the launch of its electric version, the Fiat Grande Panda. Now available for order in France and the Netherlands, this compact EV promises affordability, practicality, and a touch of Italian charm.
The Grande Panda, a nod to the beloved 1980s model, boasts a design that retains the classic silhouette while incorporating modern features. Developed at the FIAT Centro Stile in Turin, Italy, the car exudes a sense of heritage with a futuristic edge.
Targeting the budget-conscious urban driver, the Fiat Grande Panda starts at under $28,000 (excluding government incentives). This competitive pricing positions it as a strong contender in the burgeoning European electric vehicle (EV) market.
But affordability is just one piece of the puzzle. Fiat has equipped the Grande Panda with a respectable 44kWh battery, offering a WLTP combined range of up to 320 kilometers (around 200 miles). This range makes the Grande Panda ideal for daily commutes and city errands, eliminating the need for frequent charging for most drivers.
