Jeep is a household name when it comes to SUVs. As a result, the brand had a 19% share of the Brazilian market and 10,165 licensed units in just one month. More than that, Jeep is the year's top-selling brand, with more than 76,000 vehicles sold. Every month in 2022, Jeep dominated Brazil's SUV market, proving its models' strength. The Jeep brand's overall market share was 7.4%, based on its results in the first seven months of 2018. With more than 35,000 units sold this year, the Jeep Compass ranks sixth among the best-selling vehicles of 2022.
Even among C-SUVs, Jeep Compass had a market share of 38.3% in July. An annual market share of 41.7% is a position held for the year. The Jeep Commander continues to lead the pack in both categories, with a 30.7 percent share of the D-SUV market in July and a 32 percent market share for the year.
As part of its "No Limite" prize package, Jeep presented the grand prize winner with a Jeep Renegade that had sold 400,000 units in Brazil since its introduction. Also, in July, the Jeep family grew with the addition of Fernando Fernandes as an ambassador!
There's more to it than that. The Jeep Gladiator, Jeep's newest vehicle, will arrive in Brazil within the next few days, further expanding the Jeep brand's lineup.
