The third powertrain option will be a 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine supplemented by an electric motor and a six-speed automatic transmission, delivering a total of 340 horsepower and achieving an estimated 38 mpg combined. This powertrain will be similar to the one used in the current Toyota Crown sedan but with more torque and acceleration.

Pricing and Availability
The 2025 Camry will go on sale in the United States in the spring of 2024. The pricing and trim levels have not been announced yet, but we expect them to be similar to the current generation, which starts at $27,415 for the base LE trim and goes up to $36,545 for the top XSE trim. The hybrid powertrains will likely add a premium of around $2,000 to $4,000, depending on the trim level and the configuration.
The 2025 Camry will be a competitive and compelling option in the midsize sedan segment, which has seen a decline in sales due to the popularity of SUVs and crossovers. However, Toyota believes that there is still a strong demand for sedans, especially those that offer hybrid technology. The new Camry will aim to attract and retain customers who value performance, efficiency, style, comfort, and technology in their vehicles. The new Camry will also face some tough rivals, such as the all-new Honda Accord, the redesigned Hyundai Sonata, and the upcoming Ford Fusion. The 2025 Camry will have to prove its worth in this competitive and challenging market.
